How can I create my own brand lash line?
We accept custom package box with your own logo. When the quantity of your order reaches to 100pcs, we can do packaging with your own design. The price of the box is based on style and material.
How many samples can you provide for once and are the samples free?
Free sample (1-5 pairs), but you need to afford freight cost.
How can I check your quality?
We are false eyelash manufacturer, we can provide samples for you to check the quality.
What is the steps to make an order?
· Step 1Customers choose from our own false eyelashes styles, or gives us the styles needed, and follows this by sending quantities, private packaging style, the label & print art work and other instructions if required.· Step 2We will then offer a quote and an indication of lead-time. If accepted by the customer, after payment done, we will then prepare the production.· Step 3Cargoes delivery as agreed according to freight method chosen and lead-time given.
How you ship the goods? And how much is the shipping cost?
We offer a choice of international shipping services by sea and air depend on how quickly you want your cargoes to reach its destination, and how much you’re willing to spend to get it there. We can only estimate the shipping cost when we know your order details (item, quantity, packaging), the shipping method (air or sea freight) and the destination port.

In general, delivery lead time is within 7-10 business days after payment, we make the delivery as soon as possible with the guaranteed quality.
Can you accept private label packaging or OEM? And what is the cost for private label?
Yes, we can. Just send us your logo and requirements, we can make the design and confirm it with you until you’re satisfied. The total cost for private label can only be determined based on the products chosen plus packaging, quantity, labeling requirements and other finishing details.
Can I customize the lashes?
Yes, if you already have your own styles, you can send us the pictures or better you send the physical sample to our factory so we can customize the lashes closely like yours.
